Photos iCloud
I've switched my system library to another external hard drive, about 15,000 photos, is it necessary for iCloud to re-sync all of these photos? Very, very slow!

With that amount, yes, it will be a very long upload to iCloud as I have endured as well, mind you, mine was around 7K-8K.
